Common questions from trade and corporate partners
Is there a minimum group size?
Group programmes start from 9 travellers. For individual travellers (FIT) referred by our trade partners, there is no minimum — arrangements start from a single traveller.
How far in advance should we send our enquiry?
There is no minimum lead time — we review every enquiry regardless of how soon your travel dates are. For major trade fairs, however, hotel and transport capacity can become limited well in advance, so an earlier enquiry gives us more room to secure availability.
Do you work on net rates or commission?
We work on net rates. Where you resell our services, you set your own selling price. We do not pay commission unless expressly agreed in writing.
What are your payment terms?
For group and corporate programmes, we typically apply a 30/40/30 schedule: 30% deposit upon confirmation, 40% ninety days before the start of services, and the final 30% thirty days before the start of services. Bookings confirmed less than 30 days before departure are payable in full upon confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance you cancel — from 30% more than 120 days out, up to 100% inside 14 days. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Can you arrange halal or vegetarian catering?
Yes, this can be arranged, depending on the availability of the selected venue or restaurant. We confirm catering options as part of the programme planning process.
Can you provide Arabic-speaking guides?
This is possible depending on availability. We recommend flagging this in your enquiry as early as possible so we can check availability for your dates and destinations.
Do you support visa applications?
We do not offer visa advice or support. Where required, we can provide supporting documentation such as an invitation or confirmation letter for your visa application.
