NOMAD Destination Germany is a brand of NOMAD Travel Connectors, a German-based tour operator headquartered in Frankfurt am Main.
Your programme is contracted and invoiced through a registered German company. We take responsibility for the services included in our agreement and provide statutory insolvency protection where legally required.
You are not passed between intermediaries. You know who is responsible, who holds the contracts and who to contact throughout the programme.
We work directly with hotels, venues, transport companies, guides and local experience partners across Germany. This gives us a clear view of availability, operational quality and what can realistically be delivered.
Frankfurt is our home, but our programmes are not limited to one city. We coordinate travel across Germany through one agreement, one point of contact and one consolidated invoice.
A strong itinerary must work beyond the proposal document. We plan around actual distances, transfer times, opening hours, fair periods and operational lead times.
If part of a brief is not realistic, we say so early and offer an alternative that is.
Before founding NOMAD, Norman worked in international hospitality in Germany, France and Dubai. Having lived and worked in the Gulf, he understands the expectations of guests and business partners from the region – from communication and service standards to privacy, dining and the pace of a programme.
That perspective continues to shape NOMAD today.
We have spent years organising travel from Germany to the Gulf while also developing programmes in Germany for international partners. It allows us to understand both sides of the relationship: the expectations of the originating market and the realities of operating locally.
Lisa focuses on venues, experiences and the details that turn a collection of bookings into a coherent programme.
Together, we remain personally involved from the first conversation to the operation on the ground.

We review availability, routing and operational feasibility. Within two business days, you receive either an initial proposal or a clear update on the sourcing process and the expected timeline.
Your proposal clearly separates included services, exclusions, confirmed elements and services still on request.
Once agreed, the programme is secured through a written contract covering payment terms, cancellation conditions and operational deadlines.
We coordinate the contracted suppliers and remain your point of contact before and during the programme.
For operated groups, an emergency contact is available throughout the agreed travel period.
Before launching NOMAD Destination Germany as a dedicated brand, we were already organising travel and ground arrangements in Germany for international companies and agency partners.
